(neither is mine)...but I saw this and wanted to say welcome from the second-to-last rated team. I'm in a different conference. right now, but if we both promote, then we'd be in the same conference.

KrusherKev Joined: 08/28/2020 Posts: 19 Inactive	Thank you for the words of encouragement, looks like I'll be done here in VI for a little while, not sure if it's from the last franchise owner or the bot owner but I have 8 freshman class players on scholarship, and only 2 scholarships available combined for the next two seasons....gonna by tight for a while seeking out new talent. Oh well, should give the chance to get used to the game during next couple of seasons. Regards

Blackbeard Joined: 03/17/2019 Posts: 561 St. Johns Red Storm IV.2	Actually you will have 5 scholarships total available for the next 2 seasons. 2 for this season because you have 2 open scholarships and no seniors on the team. Then next season there will be 3 open due to the jrs being seniors ready to graduate. The way I see it is that you will have a big problem with those 8 freshman unless you do something about it to even the classes out. The bot manager totally messed things up. I say that because if you let those 8 freshman all become seniors at the same time then you will be totally sunk when they all graduate at the same time. However, that can be remedied but you need to do something before the start of the non conference season when the games count. Once they play 6 games (5 being the max) then you won't be able to do anything to even things out until next season. If you want some help let me know and I can give you a few pointers on how to make things be better for your team in the future, like 4 seasons from now.

KrusherKev Joined: 08/28/2020 Posts: 19 Inactive	So VI.31 conference only went 2 - 14 in the first day of non-conference games, but that's ok, we are going to do better as a conference today!!! We've now got 8 human controlled teams and 8 bot controlled teams down here, hopefully a few more people join up and help get this forum going...

KrusherKev Joined: 08/28/2020 Posts: 19 Inactive	So....I just had a thought and randomly checked out if Valdosta State was an actual college / university, and if so how their real life basketball team did in the 2014-15 season....oh boy...do I need to get my virtual team WAY better...real life team was 10-18, I'm currently 1-14...ouch. OH WAIT it gets better, the real life team just went 26-4 in the 2019-20 season...no chance in heck my virtual team is going to be that good in another five seasons I think I could do a more realistic job at running the 2007 Coppin State baseball team ( 0 - 44 record )

(see Recruiting page) " ummmm I'm last overall in the entire game, and like 1 - 22 or something including pre-season...I'm scared to see who committed, did I get a negative star player to sign up lol
