If we can lock in an overall desired avatar style, possibilities for player avatars are exciting. Also might be fun to think about expansion to new skins for the Hardwood pages, like we have 2 options right now. |

Players in suits and ties are common on university hoops roster websites. Team colors on the necktie, diagonal pattern. And then, variety comes in the eyes, ears, noses, face shape, eyebrows, facial hair, hairstyles, mouths, tattoos, jewelry, headbands, hats. |

Maybe this is for the general forum public...do you think we should think about replace the current player images? Or is this easy enough for people to generate there own player images (maybe using a common prompt or base image)? Steve |

Fireballer34 Joined: 02/11/2023 Posts: 81 Inactive ![]() | I would love to be able to generate my own avatars for players. But the question is, would you have to check the avatars before they are approved? (I play another game with that kind if system) If that’s how it would work, that might be a bit time consuming, so a better alternative may be to just give everyone a new base avatar. If you trust the player base though, there would be restrictions on how long you would have to play the game for, but I think everyone would be for created there own avatars for players.

Just describe the jersey, the player, and the background and you are all set. https://ideogram.ai/g/tdu_XvFeRXikx18uycMSug/0 The one on the right of this image could be if you want something a little fancier. Fireballer34 Joined: 02/11/2023 Posts: 81 Inactive ![]() | That would be tough, I’d say almost impossible, but maybe there is some way out there. Only thing I can think of is a prompt template you make and then the owner just fills out the info on it to make the picture, which would make it easier. But I doubt there would be a way to automate it tge way you do now.
