It seems like every season I get one senior that either completely stops progressing or very minimally. Lenny Wade is stuck at 144 almost halfway through this season. Dante Grant only improved 1 SI last season. Is there a reason for this? Are they really just at their skill cap?

Potential - Cap Min - Cap Max
9 126 139
10 140 153
11 154 167
12 168 181
13 182 195
14 196 209
15 210 223
16 224 237
17 238 251

Cap Min - the minimum value their theoretical SI cap for this potential.
Cap Max - the maximum value of their theoretical SI cap for this potential.

Theoretical in that not all players even reach their skill cap.

There is variance from these values, but I take this to be inaccuracy in the displayed potential. Its a pretty good guideline.

Thanks naph.

I have come across some higher numbers:

10 pot at 161
11 pot at 178
12 pot at 192
13 pot at 201
14 pot at 211

These might be due to what you suggest are inaccurancies of displayed potential, but these examples I give might help folks consider possibilities when evaluating.
