I get that it is only 4 games into the season but can someone help me in any way. My 1-3 (pg-sf) all have 14 PD with all over 14 speed, and my center is 6’9 with a 7’1 win span and has 12 ID and 8 strength. My PF is my weak link on defense with only being 6’6 with a 6’11 wingspan, and 5 ID and 11 strength. We have allowed the most points in the paint (44.5 per game) and the most 3s(8.5 at 43.6%). Any help would be really appreciated.

I would go with a starting lineup of Flanagan-Hearn-Shimizu-Shepard-Brackett. This should help reduce the points given up in the paint. As for 3-point defense, extend your defense if you haven't already.
