This looks like a bug, assuming my SG didn't just dribble in circles for 32 seconds? 8:32 - UMass Dartmouth: Barrett brings up the ball against man-to-man defense. Barrett passes the ball to Bennent in the paint. Bennent tosses the ball to Barrett. Barrett throws the ball to Fulkerson. Fulkerson drives by Hardy. Fulkerson goes up for a layup. It's blocked by Kee! Jenkins tips it in. Massachusetts Institute of Technology 55 - 53. 8:00 - Game Event: Time out. UMass Dartmouth substitutes Thornton to Point Guard and McLaughlin to Shooting Guard. 8:00 - Massachusetts Institute of Technology: Kohler brings up the ball against man-to-man defense. And the shot clock expires! 7:28 - Game Event: Time out. Massachusetts Institute of Technology substitutes Novak to Small Forward. UMass Dartmouth substitutes Barrett to Point Guard and Gomez to Shooting Guard. Updated Saturday, February 1 2020 @ 11:16:40 am PST |

So the clock could still be running before MIT calls time-out. The shot clock violation looks like a bug. The first issue is that only 30 seconds should have come off because the game clock would stop once the violation occurs. The second issue is that your SG just held the ball for 32 seconds and did nothing with it which obviously is not realistic. |
