Heard mixed things about DDS but haven’t played, do you have a personal opinion one way or another?

Been several years since I have played any college hoops games, but it was by far the best college basketball sim back 10 years ago. Very strong recruiting model, which is the part I like. It sounds like they added AI recruiting options this season for folks who just prefer the game tactics portion. But it also sounds like they have made some improvements to the recruiting model itself. I'll probably pick it up when it goes on sale.

I’ll probably wait for a sale as well. Might as well give it a shot, I really enjoy Football Manager, OOTP, and similar games

Hmm. I generally like sport management games, but hardly have time for them now. Haven't played OOTP and PCM since 2016 and still occasionally launch FM18 but barely played 10 seasons in it. I might pick this one up on a big discount (like, 75%), but otherwise I'll pass.

Sticking to these little browser games for now. :)

Ridiculous levels of depth ... not sure how I feel about that after seeing nearly every Front Office Football league I got into - turn into a mess of people not turning in their gameplans, and the majority of squads then resorting to AI optimized tactics instead.

Probably better for single player than multi as such, but they've got a free demo if you wanted to check it out, to compare features and what not.

Actually thinking I might give it a peek, the engine running actual offensive + defensive sets looks kinda cool. And being able to do sideline pep talks looks funny. ;)
