| I have tweaked the thresholds for players entering Junior College. If you had previously recruited them (as High Schoolers), the amount of carryover recruiting points is now improved (in most situations). | If you spent recruiting points on a player during his high school year and because of academics or lack of scholarship offers etc., he decides to go to junior college rather than sign with a regular college, then he is again recruiting at junior college and some of your recruiting points are carried over if you choose to recruit him there.
