Just take a few lines of code from BrokenBat and convert it to Hardwood. NT team of the USA will be on a different level, sure. The USA will have for sure the best roster. But why not? I would like to know for example if any of my guys could make any NT U22 selection or how good are best players from Puerto Rico (I know I could search those players, check all 314 of them and find out by myself). And once again. I only bring it up because I saw it on BB so code already exists.

Plus, how would the NT managers be chosen or would the AI take care of it just like it does with the pros? I'm not familiar with the BB NT thing. I wasn't there for very long. If it follows the path of how the pros are handled and it would only take a few lines of code then why not? But then I'm not the person doing the code so I'll go for just about anything. lol Good suggestion.

If games are actually going to be played I just don't see how that is going to fit in with the existing schedule. Will there be a longer offseason break for these games to be played? Will they play in conjunction with the season?

admin Joined: 01/24/2017 Posts: 2483 Hardwood Administrator	My preference is to have a distribution of players that is somewhat realistic rather than gerrymandering the population to create national teams or just make players' nationality totally random. One of the things I dislike about other games like this is that they have too many strange (unreal player names) and a lot of players from some random country like Turkmenistan. Steve

Thats what that OCM game does. Their main problem is that the general game population doesn't know anything about the NT, not unless the read the forum which many don't. The NT isn't mentioned anywhere other than in the forum which is where the entire game is governed by rules and regulations. I'm just glad that HW isn't anything like that. It's total chaos in that game because if you make one mistake they punish you even if you didn't know you were doing something wrong. I trust that whatever is decided will be very well done. The pros would be real nice to see become more developed though... Sounds good to me.

You wouldn't be able to go by individual regions though considering some probably wouldn't be able to field a team. I think national teams are an interesting idea. Seeing some of the top players on the same team would be pretty cool though.
