Notes: The third inductee into the UNK Hall of Fame is a home town hero. Alden "Home Town" Hendricks grew up in Kearney and decided to walk on. He is arguably one of the best walk on's in college history! Home Town was not only 6'11" he had an amazing 40 1/2 inch vertical and 7'4" wingspan. He was a beast inside. He was all conference his junior and senior years averaging 19 points and 10 rebounds his senior year. He was named POTG an astounding 42 times during his career. He now owns the most successful car dealership in town and is a true ambassador and hero for Kearney! Alden "Home Town" Hendricks!!

Vaughn was the ultimate team player and took the Lopers to conference championships his junior and senior years. He was named conference player of the year in his sophomore year and made all conference as a point guard as well as a shooting guard. Very Gone is the second all-time scorer for UNK with 2829 points. He is the all-time leader in steals with 303 and 4th all time in assists with 574. The ultimate team player and UNK Hall of Fame member- Barry "Very Gone" Vaugn!

He was also 7th all time in career assists, so a consummate team player. He was named Player of the Game an astonishing 45 times which is also a career record and was all conference his last three years. The Colorado native made himself at home in Kearney and will be remembered as maybe the best UNK Loper of all time!!!

He was named player of the game 41 times over his career and took the Lopers to the final 16 of the 2018 Division 2 national tournament.
