WE ARE ECSTATIC TO SAY WE HAVE WON OUR REGION AND ARE HEADED TO THE FINAL 4.We had a tough road even though the scores don't seem like it. Coach Ford had this to say after hoisting the region championship " Nobody knows how hard our team has fought to get here. We had a little slump before we picked it up. We can't get complacent now but we are going to celebrate this win then get back in the lab but in the mean time. WE ARE HEADED TO THE FINAL 4 WOOOOOOOOOOO."

We The Murray State Racers are happy to say we beat the #1 seeded Tennessee Volunteers by a score of 97-77 and we look forward to the Sweet 16 matchup vs Lake Forest and head to the Elite 8 of the Division 2 Tournament.

We at Murray State are happy that we have finally got a recruit higher than a 3 star. Major Mayes felt as though we were the only school that he can come in and play his game without any worries. Head Coach Jason Ford had this to say after Major Mayes committed " I'm looking forward to coaching him. We see a lot of potential in him he can become a great all-around player for us and possibly help us move up to a division 1 team in the coming years. We hope we can pair him up with JUCO PF Eddie Maxwell to make a college dynamic duo."
