We are proud to announce that 2-star Cameroonian shooting guard Joseph Mabouka has committed to McNeese State. Joseph is a fast guard with great i.q. and a smooth shooting motion. He is currently playing internationally and averaging 12 points, 3 assists, and 2 steals per game while shooting 35% from three. The goal is to have Joseph compete for minutes next season, with our starting shooting guard Jerome Washington entering his senior year along with backup guard Geoffrey O'Brien. Joseph is seen as not only a piece to help us win currently, but hopefully a potential difference maker for the squad if he can consistently hit the three.
