Quincy got its revenge from the previous matchup as they lost 89-48 in their last matchup to Davis & Elkins. Stellar play from Jalen Ricketts (13 pts, 13 reb), Cesar Gonzales (26 pts, 5 reb), and Dean Henry (26 pts, 7 reb) helped Quincy pull the game out at the Pepsi Center.

Management had been on a 2 week exodus until they realized the season had started and finally started the new players that didn't suck. Quincy ka kawed on Central State for their first victory of the season.

Nov 06 2030: Quincy Wins Back and Forth Battle vs Birmingham-Southern 73-67 - by Otown32 on February 23rd, 2023

Quincy was up by 11 with 17 minutes left, but Birmingham Southern clawed back to be within 3 with a minute left. Bruce Fulmer nailed a jumpshot to make it a 5 point game with 30 seconds left and this was the dagger as Cristiano Guajardo hit 2 free throws to seal the game.

Wilson Gamble led the way for Quincy with 30 points and 12 rebounds. Bruce Fulmer added in 21 points and 7 rebounds while David Oate snagged 10 rebounds and Evan Henriksen dished out 9 assists.
Quincy combated their free throw woes and shot 70% from the free throw line.

Epps hopes to lead Quincy to their first conference championship since 2026 and only the second in program history in his first year at Quincy.
Birmingham Southern, sitting at 4-3, will be preparing for division 1 opponent Milwaukee.
