Spirits are high for fans, players, and coaches alike as PLNU downs Saint Rose and is crowned the conference tournament champions of V.2. The Sea Lions now turn their focus towards making a splash in the DII tournament.

With a V.2 Conference Semi-Final win over Dartmouth, PLNU advances into V.2’s conference tournament finals to face off with the College of Saint Rose. Head coach J.P. Muller offered a bit of his time to give some insight on the state of the team moving forward.

“Well we’re all excited to be here, and at a pretty big stage all things considered. We’re all proud of how far we’ve come this season but right now the focus is purely on this game”, Stated Muller.

The Sea Lions look to make San Diego proud with a win and a trophy.

PLNU has many positives to look forward to with a change in presidency and two big conference wins over both Hawai'i and Western Michigan. Pair this with the prospect of having a more suitable coach this offseason and the commitment of 3 star, California-native Cliff Liles to fill space at the guard position, and it's clear that things are looking up for the Sea Lions of America's Finest City.
