The Southern Virginia Knights finish the regular season at the top of the VI.20 Conference finishing 27-3 in conference play. The Knights also went on to win the conference tournament 75-70 in OT against Birmingham-Southern. The Knights are preparing to face off against New Jersey IT in the third round of the tournament after two close wins in the first two rounds.

An incredible season from the Knights ends in defeat in the tournament versus Tulane. The Knights can feel good about this season however as they finished top of the conference in style.

Knights Struggle and go 8-33. They get demoted back to Div 2 basketball. However, after a disappointing season they bring in 8 recruits to bolster the team and allow them to hopefully move back up next season.
