Oregon is now available if anyone is interested in giving it the love and care they deserve.

Mail me if interested.

Any thoughts on Butler? Waiting for them to be in III?

Butler will be pretty decimated after this season, so would be a good time for a new manager to come in and rebuild!

If Butler is still available for the taking I would love to take them and try to rebuild/continue their past success. Definitely would be a fun challenge.

Might not be much of a challenge due to their Prestige being so much higher than everyone else's. That's why I expect Steve to let them drop for a few more seasons.

The general consensus was that teams in the top two conference levels should be allowed to drop before new management was allowed to take over. The feeling was that people should have to earn their spots in those league.

If Butler demotes this season, then they'd be available at the flip.

That sounds fair to me. I will happily take them when available.

These maybe are historically great, but have been good programs lately: U of Miami and San Diego State

Both are available...

Steve, It looks like Butler is being demoted again this season. I am still interested in taking them over at the flip if available.

Steve, It looks like someone grabbed Butler, I thought we had to make a post/reach out to you to take over a historically great program like this.

I know the new owner likely did not have an malintent when taking over Butler and I know you were busy with the flip but it definitely is a little frustrating to lose the team I thought I would take over for the last two months or so.

Hey Tort, if it makes you feel better, I did message Steve about Butler, I just never posted in here.

Hey man not a big deal at all, it's just a game we all play to have some fun in our downtime :).

Hope I do not sound rude in my previous post, I did not realize it was an alt account for an established user that took over Butler. I was just looking forward to switching things up as I do not really have an attachment to St. Louis as a school, but Butler does not have to be the team I switch to. I am happy to switch to another squad.

You seem like a great coach and I am sure you will have lots of success and fun rebuilding them like you did with UNE.

@Tort

If you are looking to switch from Saint Louis, a program like Southern Vermont (96 prestige) or Metro State Denver (138 prestige) could be a fun change of pace for you that would have a similar recruiting boost from high prestige. Neither one is a historically great program IRL, but they both have some neat places in HW history and would be fun teams to rebuild from the ground up.

Thanks Plok! Prestige does not mean too much to me, just looking for a fresh start somewhere I feel more connected to as a school. Going to go through available teams now and see what's available.

Appreciate the help

Kentucky has gone bot...let me know if you'd like to take over this program. They got promoted to V this season -- so maybe they're on the rebound?

I guess I'm going to open up a rising Kentucky to the masses if there are no takers.

I’ll swap NYU for Kentucky. NYU has some good recruits but will probably drop a level next season.

Looking for someone to take over Oregon. Please send a message if interested. I will have to abandon the team at the end of the season if there are no takers, but I'd prefer to transfer the team to a new president if possible.
