Non-conference schedule ends in a few days, should be an interesting season to see who ends up at the top!

I am joining Conference III.2 if the pyramid works the same as BB, along with Tournament winners Northern Colorado.

No disrespect to other teams. The two opponents I have circled on my calendar are Temple and Loyola. Temple today.

Temple is tough. They're responsible for 50% of Villanovas losses.

Close game today vs Arizona. Unfortunately, turnovers ended our chances of tying in the last few seconds of the game.

PC... Monster 60 rebound game you had against the conference leading rebounding Florida Gulf Coast over the weekend. Hard to understand how Florida Gulf Coast can be the leading rebounding team in the conference currently, yet at the same time allowing the most opponent rebounds against them of any other team in the league. Has to be a game induced balancing act.

I would like to apologize to the valued competitors in our league for Washburn inability to provide your team quality competition in our conference games through the first half of this season. Quality teams are the make-up norm in this conference and each conference game played is deserving of adversarial quality competition so that each of our teams may compete at or near the team's greatest ability level.

Injury this season has prevented Washburn from providing such competition except in a very sporadic fashion. Efforts on our behalf have proven unsuccessful in our attempt to manage, limit, or curtail events here at home that may lead to such player injuries. Rest assured we will endeavor in the seasons second half to return to the level of being able to provide quality competition to this conference as we attempt to deal with these untimely injury events.

Hardwood College Basketball
Here's my projected lineups (first 5 players listed are PG-SG-SF-PF-C in order, rest of team listed by SI) that I used for generating the info above. Haven't factored in likely red-shirts etc.

Feel free to let me know any RS decisions or where I've got your lineup wrong and I can amend it.

Loyola-Chicago(152.0)
147/11 (RS SO 6' 3½" PG pf) Hugh Keller - 18 Hnd, 17 Pass, 14 PDef/IQ
157/15 (FR 6' 2" SG PG) Tom Stewart - 18 Spd, 16 OS, 15 IQ/Hnd, 13 Pass
156/11 (RS JR 6' 6" SG PG sf) Barry Hawke - 17 Hnd, 16 PDef, 14 Pass/Spd, 13 IQ
158/11 (RS JR 6' 9½" C PF) Trevor Glenn - 17 Reb, 16 IS, 15 Str, 14 OS, 12 Fin/IQ/Spd
158/12 (RS JR 6' 8½" C pf) Allen Sutton - 15 IS/Reb/IDef/IQ, 12 Hnd/Sta

152/12 (RS SO 6' 3" sf pg sg) Colby Cota - 16 IQ, 15 Spd, 14 Fin, 12 Reb/Hnd/Sta
144/11 (RS SO 6' 7" PF pg sf) Caleb Harkins - 14 OS, 13 Pass/Str
131/11 (RS SO 6' 8½" PF c) Sal Tatum - 14 Reb, 13 IS/Spd
124/11 (FR 6' 10" C pf) Avondre Willis - 14 Spd, 12 Reb/IQ
124/11 (HS SR 6' 3½" C pg pf) Stewart Lawless - 15 IQ, 13 Spd
(107 6' SF PG)

Strengths: Depth, Height, Spd, Hnd, IQ, Reb
Weaknesses: Rng, Drv

Head Coach: Marshall Taylor (6/15/10 11/8/13) - 18yrs

Their pieces fit together incredibly well. Cota would start for most teams, but looks like the unlucky 6th man. They are far less likely to drop games when picking up injuries as they have such good depth comingoff the bench.

Projection: Champions

CS Fullerton (146.9)
185/13 (JR 6' 2" PG SF) Brant Jordan - 18 PDef/IQ/Hnd, 17 OS/Drv, 15 Str, 13 Rng/Pass
149/11 (RS JR 6' 2½" SG sf) Larry Wakefield - 16 OS/Spd, 15 Str, 14 Fin, 12 Reb/IQ
142/11 (RS SO 6' pg pf c) Arnold Hill - 15 Fin/PDef, 14 Spd, 12 IS/Reb/Pass
158/12 (JR 6' 3" SF sg pf c) J.B. Wise - 17 Spd, 15 OS, 14 Str, 13 Sta, 12 IS/Rng/Drv
165/12 (JR 6' 9½" C PF) Ron Jonsson - 18 Reb/IQ, 15 Str, 14 IS/IDef, 13 OS

113/10 (JR 6' 3½" sf) George Tanner - 13 OS/Str
106/8 (SO 6' 5" PF sf c) Marcos Carreon - 13 Spd, 12 OS
106/11 (HS SR 6' 5½" C PF sf) Tyrell Andrews - 11 Reb
(102 6' 3½" SF pf)

Strengths: Star Power, OS, Str, Fin, Reb
Weaknesses: Height, Depth, Hnd?

Head Coach: Toren Kline (11/13/10 17/10/14) - 18yrs

They pretty much have to run out a 4-guard offense. Jonsson is a very good big but they won't provide much resistance when he's off the floor. Similarly whilst Jordan is a ball handling wizard, there is nobody to handle the ball when he's on the bench. I expect them to be one of the most inconsistent teams this year.

Projection: Upper-Middle

Eastern Illinois (146.0)
143/11 (RS SO 6' 1" PG SG) Lorenzo Dos Santos - 15 Pass/Spd, 14 Fin, 12 OS
154/12 (RS SO 6' 1½" SG pg) Craig McAlister - 17 OS, 16 Pass, 15 PDef/Spd, 14 Str
166/12 (RS JR 6' 3" SF SG) Kyle Fuller - 18 IQ, 17 PDef, 15 OS, 14 Hnd, 13 IS/Fin/Str
148/11 (RS JR 6' 8" C sg pf) Dajon Holm - 15 Reb, 13 IS/IQ/Hnd, 12 Spd
131/11 (RS SO 7' 2" C) Monte Copeland - 15 Reb, 14 Str, 12 OS/IDef/IQ

140/11 (RS SO 6' 5" PF sg sf) Zack Connelly - 15 IQ, 14 PDef, 13 Fin
139/13 (RS FR 6' 5" SF PG sg) Terrell O`Toole - 15 IQ, 14 Spd, 12 Pass
137/12 (RS JR 6' 6½" PF sg c) Chuck Frazier - 15 Spd, 13 IDef, 12 OS/IQ/Drv/Str
125/12 (FR 6' 7½" PF pg c) Curtis Buckley - 17 IQ, 13 Spd, 12 Rng
124/12 (HS SR 5' 11½" PG sg pf) Jarvis Bishop - 17 Spd, 12 OS

Strengths: Depth, PDef, IQ
Weaknesses: Drv, Sta, Rng

Head Coach: Dan Brooks (11/11/10 18/10/15) - 18yrs

A bit hard to project as they could go a number of different ways with their starters. Whichever way they go they're a deep team that is going to be a tough out. Copeland is a behemoth that some teams will really struggle to contain, and the pairing of Fuller and McAlister whether in the backcourt or the wings are a duo of really good two-way players.

Projection: Contenders

St. Marys (145.6)
174/12 (RS JR 6' 3½" PG SG SF) Lloyd Gavin - 17 PDef, 16 Hnd/Sta, 15 Rng/Pass, 14 Spd, 13 OS/Reb
134/11 (RS FR 6' 1" SG PG sf) Major Hardin - 15 OS, 12 Rng/Pass/Drv/Str/Spd
155/13 (RS SO 6' 7" SG SF) Jeronimo Gamboa - 16 Rng/IQ, 13 OS/Str, 12 Spd
147/12 (RS SO 6' 9" PF C) Lorenzo Carrera - 18 IS, 14 IDef, 12 Fin/Drv
149/11 (RS JR 6' 9½" C PF) Scott Aldrich - 17 Sta, 16 IS, 14 IDef/Spd, 13 Reb

129/11 (FR 6' 5" C SF pf) Solomon Clay - 15 Spd, 12 Rng/Reb
128/12 (RS SO 6' 1½" sg pg) Nathan Brackett - 14 IQ, 13 Sta, 12 Pass
124/12 (FR 6' 6½" PF pg c) Ben Poole - 14 IQ, 12 Pass
(113 6' 7½" PF), (113 6' 2" PG SF pf), (106 6' 1" sg pg pf), (101 6' 5½" sg)

Strengths: IS, Sta, Rng?
Weaknesses: Drv, Hnd

Head Coach: Richard Allan (8/5/10 15/10/15) - 4 years

They're a pretty well rounded team without particularly bad weaknesses or particularly strong strengths. They'll probably run their offense inside, out again through Aldrich and Carrera. Similarly to CSF there isn't a heap of ball handling behind Gavin.

Projection: Contenders

Hartford (141.1)
172/13 (JR 6' 3" PG) Anderson Hagan - 18 IQ, 17 OS, 15 Fin, 14 Rng/Pass/Str, 13 Hnd/Sta
139/11 (RS SO 6' 2" SG sf) Wayne Mims - 15 OS, 13 Str, 12 Hnd/Spd/Sta
119/12 (RS FR 6' 6½" SF sg pf) Brad Thornton - 15 Spd, 12 OS
164/11 (RS JR 6' 7½" PF C) Louis Pope - 16 Fin/Hnd, 15 Str, 14 Reb, 13 OS/Rng/IQ
150/12 (RS JR 6' 11" C) Ramon Cordero - 18 IS, 17 Reb, 14 Sta, 13 Str, 12 IDef/IQ

126/11 (SO 6' 2" PG) Daniel Gibson - 16 IQ, 13 Sta, 12 Rng
114/11 (FR 6' 1½" PG sg) Kevin O`Shea - 16 Spd, 12 IQ/Pass
114/11 (HS SR 6' 6" C SF pf) Timothy Dyson - 15 IQ, 14 Spd
(113 6' 9" C pf), (113 5' 10" SF C pg pf), (109 6' 3½" PG SG), (103 6' 8" PF c)

Strengths: Str, OS, Sta, Reb
Weaknesses: Drv, PDef, IDef, Depth

Head Coach: Ron Dale (15/12/10 12/10/13) - 18yrs

Cordero is a load on the inside and he's balanced by Hagan and Pope on the outside. They don't show much defense outside of Cordero as yet so expect them to try and outscore you. They aren't nearly as impressive when you get down to players 5-8, so its fortunate that their top-flight guys all have above average stamina.

Projection: Upper-Middle

South Florida (140.2)
162/11 (RS JR 6' 2" PG sg) Sheldon Fitch - 18 Rng, 17 Pass, 16 IQ, 15 OS, 14 PDef/Spd
162/12 (RS SO 6' 3½" SG pg sf) Johnnie Coles - 16 Pass, 15 IQ, 14 OS/Spd, 13 Rng/Sta
119/11 (RS FR 6' 4½" SG pg sf) Peter Wiley - 14 IQ, 12 OS
148/12 (RS JR 6' 5" SF PF c) Christian Arcia - 16 Spd, 14 IQ, 13 Sta, 12 OS/Fin/IDef/PDef/Str
150/12 (RS JR 6' 10½" C) Dajon Hamm - 17 Reb/Str, 15 OS, 12 IDef

126/12 (FR 6' 3" sg pf) Dion Rogers - 12 Spd
115/11 (FR 6' 2" SF pg) Alejandro Diaz - 13 OS, 12 Rng
108/12 (RS FR 6' 8" PF c) Ignacio Gamez - 15 IQ
(107 6' 7" C), (106 6' 1½" SF PG pf), (104 6' 2½" SF pg sg), (103 6' 5½" PG PF C)

Strengths: OS, IQ, Str, Spd, Pass
Weaknesses: IS, Hnd, Drv, Depth

Head Coach: Rich Noble (9/7/10 12/10/11) - 17yrs

Another team relying on one big to anchor the defense and that will look pretty rough when that guy (Hamm in this case) is out. That backcourt can certainly pass and shoot, both being dual threats should open up the offense for others as well.

Projection: Mid Table

Florida A&M (139.4)
151/13 (JR 6' 3½" PG sg) Daniel Ernst - 15 Fin/Pass, 13 PDef/Hnd, 12 Rng/Spd
169/13 (JR 6' 3½" SG PG) Phil Gardner - 17 IQ, 16 Pass/Hnd, 15 Rng/Drv/Spd, 14 OS/PDef
140/12 (SO 6' 2½" pg sg sf) Bruce Rivers - 16 Spd, 13 OS, 12 Fin/IQ/Hnd/Sta
139/11 (JR 6' 8½" SF C pf) J.T. Greenfield - 13 IS/OS/IQ/Str, 12 IDef
125/12 (SO 6' 8" C PF) Arnie Moyer - 14 IQ, 12 Reb/Spd

127/12 (FR 6' 7½" C pg) Micheal Hickman - 13 OS, 12 IS/IQ/Spd
122/10 (SO 6' 5½" PF sf c) Sal Layman - 14 IQ, 12 OS/Str
120/13 (FR 6' 6" SF pg sg pf) Cameron McNeil - 12 Spd
(110 6' 8" PF C)

Strengths: IQ, Hnd, Spd
Weaknesses: Reb, IDef

Head Coach: Brian Craft (6/12/10 13/10/14) - 11 years

Gardner will lead them, but they should have pretty balanced scoring. Will have a hard time on the glass. Starting guards are good on the defesnsive side of the ball, bu the frontcourt isn't particularly intimidating.

Projection: Mid-Table

Saint Leo (139.2)
150/11 (RS JR 6' 4½" PG SF sg) Jackie Taylor - 15 Pass, 14 Hnd, 13 OS/PDef, 12 Spd

120/11 (JC SO 6' 3" PG SG) Doug Fiore - 13 OS, 12 Hnd
(119 6' 10½" PF C), (119 6' 6" SF SG pf), (117 6' 11" C)

Strengths: Rng, Pass, Hnd, IQ
Weaknesses: IDef, IS, Sta

Head Coach: Malik Jones (11/14/10 11/9/14) - 18yrs

They have a decent number of bigs, but they are all pretty young and raw. Do they play 2 of them to try and bring them along quicker? Or do they go with the more talented, but undersized options? Jiminez was their sparkplug off the bench last year, expect him to be their leading scorer this time around.

Projection: Mid Table

SUNY Geneseo (138.1)
149/12 (RS SO 6' 1" PG sf pf) Greg Headley - 17 IQ, 15 PDef, 13 Hnd, 12 Pass

(104 6' 6½" SF pf c), (103 6' 7½" C sf pf)

Strengths: IQ, PDef, Sta*
Weaknesses: Size, Drv, Sta, IDef, Reb

Head Coach: Rasheed Kimbrough (8/8/10 9/10/15) - 11 yrs

This is a smart team that doesn't have a lot of stand out strengths to play to so it will be interesting to see what they make their identity. Carter and Hester have very good stamina, but the rest of the team is sub-par, fortunately that's 2 of their top 3, (Carter in particular came on strongly late and starts the season at 157 SI).

Projection: Mid-Table

UPR Mayagüez (135.9)

(106 6' 7½" PF c)

Strengths: Star Power, IQ, PDef, Drv
Weaknesses: Depth, Size, IDef, IS

Head Coach: Keenan Ayers (14/9/10 11/10/11) - 15yrs

Nine scholarship players and six of them start the season at 125 SI or below. That's a problem. Fortunately in Tejada and Arteaga they have some very good leaders. This is a team that will go as far as those 2 can carry them.

Projection: Demotion fighter

New Hampshire (134.1)
128/12 (RS FR 6' 1½" SF pg sg) Darnel Rogers +4 - 14 Spd/Sta, 13 IQ, 12 Pass
137/11 (FR 6' 1½" SG PF sf) Horace Gates - 17 Spd, 16 IQ, 13 OS/Rng

(108 6' 3½" sg pg sf), (106 6' 4" sg c), (104 6' 8" c)

Strengths: IQ, OS, Str, Size
Weaknesses: PDef, Pass, Hnd

Head Coach: Jason Wadsworth (14/10/10 12/10/17) - 8yrs

They have a pair of true 7-footers and their best big is 6' 9½". What they don't have is anyone to reliably get them the ball. Their perimter defense is particularly suspect. Is their top guy Molina ready to become the #1 option on a LL3 team? They're about to find out.

Projection:Demotion Fighter

Cal State Los Angeles (133.2)
163/12 (JR 6' 4" PG SF sg pf) Mo Carson - 15 Drv/Spd/Sta, 14 PDef, 13 OS/Hnd
121/13 (FR 6' 5½" SF pg pf) Enrique Silva - 11 Rng
149/13 (RS SO 6' 7" SF sg) Johnnie Ham - 16 IQ, 14 Rng/Sta, 13 Fin
127/13 (FR 6' 5½" SF PF) Gregg Gilliland - 15 IQ, 13 OS/Spd
133/11 (RS SO 6' 11" C PF) Wyatt McIntyre - 16 IS, 12 Rng

121/12 (FR 6' 3½" sg sf pf c) Nolan Kamida - 12 IQ
116/12 (SO 6' 8½" PF sf c) Andre Salisbury - 15 IQ, 12 OS
114/11 (RS SO 6' 10" PF C) Christopher Duffy - 12 IQ
(113 6' 9½" sf sg pf), (104 5' 11½" pg sg)

Strengths: Size, IQ, Rng, Sta, Fin
Weaknesses: IDef, Pass, Drv?

Head Coach: Malik Wood (13/11/10 15/9/8) - 9yrs

McIntyre in the post is going to be their guy. They'll be hoping that another season of development into Carson has him better ready for PG as a senior (3.6a/4.1to last year). This is another team without a lot of obvious strengths to play to. They do have a pair of redshirt freshman 4*'s so don't be surprised if they look better in the second half of the season than they do early.

Projection: Demotion Fighter

Cal State Dominguez Hills (131.7)
126/12 (RS FR 6' 3½" sf pg) Zak Bernard - 15 Spd
130/11 (RS FR 6' 2" SG sf pf c) Clyde Nixon - 13 IQ/Spd, 12 OS
170/12 (RS JR 6' 1" SF SG pg) Ed Reid - 16 Hnd/Spd, 15 OS/PDef, 13 Fin/Str
127/11 (RS FR 6' 7½" PF C) Louie Ahlgren - 12 IS/Reb
136/12 (RS JR 7' C pf) Ryan Hill - 15 IS, 13 IQ

115/11 (RS FR 6' 9" PF c) Clay Jenkins - 12 Str
113/12 (HS SR 6' 3½" SF pg sg pf c) Shawn Gambino - 14 IQ/Spd
112/11 (FR 6' 1" SG pg sf) Matthew Dawkins - 15 OS
(112 6' 7½" SF pg pf c), (106 6' 5" PF SF), (103 6' 9½" C pf)

Strengths: Ed Reid
Weaknesses: Pass, Fin, Depth

Head Coach: Dave De Luca (9/11/10 20/10/10) - 18yrs

Reid gives them a legitimate star to carry the team and 7' Hill has rounded into an inside threat. They tail off in a hurry to a lot of replacement level ballers that are just kind of average at almost everything.

Projection: Demotion Likely

Marquette (131.3)
137/12 (RS FR 5' 11½" PG SF sg) Ned Forte - 15 Spd, 14 OS, 12 Fin/IQ
113/12 (FR 6' 2½" SG SF pg) Darius Wright - 14 IQ, 13 Spd
151/11 (RS JR 6' 3½" PG sf pf) Donovon Silver - 16 Pass, 15 Fin/Drv, 13 Spd, 12 PDef
144/13 (RS SO 6' 8" PF C sf) Stan Pierre - 14 Spd, 13 Rng/Reb, 12 IQ
134/12 (RS FR 6' 9½" C PF) Michael Powell - 15 Reb, 14 IS, 12 IQ

125/12 (FR 6' 2½" PG SG) Mo Bland - 17 Spd
117/11 (FR 5' 9" PF pg sg) R.J. McNair - 14 OS/IQ
111/12 (FR 6' 6½" SF pg) Thomas Jackson - 13 IQ, 12 OS
(110 6' 11½" C sg), (108 6' 5½" sf), (103 6' 7½" SF pg pf c)

Strengths: Spd, IQ, Fin
Weaknesses: IDef, Sta, Rng, Depth

Head Coach: Doug Courtney (15/3/10 4/9/12) - 5yrs

Silver's a decent drive-and-dish PG, Powell's a scoring/rebounding target on the inside and they have a few developing shooters (without much range). How good can Silver make them look? Probably not good enough.

Projection: Demotion Likely

Prairie View A&M (127.0)
122/9 (JR 5' 11½" SF pg sg) Erik Sasaki - 13 Hnd, 12 Drv
127/10 (JC SO 6' 2" SF SG PF) Mickey Greene - 18 Spd, 13 IQ/Drv
146/12 (RS JR 6' 3" SG sf) Gerald Stephens - 16 IQ, 14 Rng/Spd, 13 Hnd/Sta
143/12 (RS JR 6' 7½" PF pg) Bolin Deng - 17 Spd, 14 IS/Sta, 13 IQ, 12 Pass
140/12 (RS JR 6' 9½" c) Rob Trent - 14 IQ/Spd, 13 Hnd, 12 IS/Reb/IDef

116/10 (SO 6' 2" SG PG) Hal Jung - 13 Rng, 12 OS/Spd
104/9 (SO 6' 3" PF sf c) Tim Trammell - 12 Pass
100/11 (HS SR 6' 5" SF sg pf c) Matthew Putnam - 18 IQ, 15 Spd

Strengths: Spd, IQ, IS?
Weaknesses: Bot manager, Fin, Str?, PDef , Depth

Head Coach: Cliff Schultz (15/13/10 11/10/9) - 14yrs

Three of their top seven by SI are walk-ons and their top end just isn't that great. They don't really have anyone behind their first 2 bigs. I guess their guard play might be okay?

Projection: Demotion

North Carolina (125.0)
123/12 (HS SR 6' PG sg) Joe Bridges - 15 Spd
138/12 (SO 6' 5" SF SG PF) Sean Burke - 17 IQ, 14 Spd, 13 OS
136/13 (FR 6' ½" SF SG pg) Gary Robbins - 17 Spd, 12 OS/Drv
115/10 (JR 6' 8" PF c) Corey Gerber - 11 IQ
136/12 (FR 6' 9½" C sf) Pat Brandt - 17 IQ, 14 OS, 13 Str, 12 Reb/IDef

113/9 (SO 5' 10" PG SG pf) Rob Dockery - 15 IQ/Spd
112/12 (HS SR 5' 9½" SF PG sg) Cam D`Amico - 16 IQ, 12 OS
109/11 (HS SR 6' 3" SG SF) Jimmy Reimer - 15 IQ, 14 Spd
(106 6' 8" C pf), (100 6' 2½" SF sg)

Strengths: IQ, Spd, OS,
Weaknesses: Drv, Pass, Fin, Depth

Head Coach: Deshawn Nixon (10/13/10 11/10/11)

I quite like the sophomore pairing of Brandt and Robbins. They have a 4* freshman in Bridges who is their PG of the future (and probably the present). They simply don't have enough players developed enough to keep them up this year.

Projection: Demotion

* Praire View A&M gets a president. Welcome pongi!

* Eastern Illinois -> #24

Win of the Round: - NH 83-77 @ Coe(140.7 / 140.7)
SG Gates* - 20p (8/13) 2r 4a 1s

With Molina and Dang both racking up double-doubles, Gates hitting 4 of 8 from deep and bPG Lawson dropping 16 (on 7 of 10 shooting) in just 14 minutes, New Hampshire get it done on the road against a tough Kohawks roster that boasts 5 RS SR's and 5 RS JR's. Great first up win for the Wildcats.

OOC Round 2
  • North Carolina ink #8 Paul McMahon (5* 5' 10½" PG sg sf 127/12) - way to start recruiting with a bang!
  • CSLA land Brooks Harkins (3* 6' 6½" PF c 88/12), CSDH had also recruited him.
  • Conference goes 9-7, 8 teams undefeated. 1 team without a win.
  • EIU straight out of the top 25 with their 94-98 loss to Bentley
  • LCH triple up Virginia Tech 93-30 O.O
  • Hartford win over SUNY Geneso in a conference preview game.

Win of the Round: CSDH 89-85 vs Washington(140.0 / 137.1)
SG Reid* _ 34p (11/17 2/5 10/10) 3r 5a 2to

The division 2 champs got the full Ed Reid experience in this one. Hill chimed in with 19 & 5, and the Toros go 24 of 29 at the stripe, finishing +8 at the free throw line in the 4 point win.

Props also to Prairie View A&M with something of an upset win over Texas Southern (136.3 / 133.8).

OOC Round 3
  • Conference goes 13-3
  • 3 teams eclipse 100 points (HART, USF, SMC)

Best Win: Hartford 111-94 vs (#8) Louisville (151.2 / 153.3)
C Cordero* _ 21p (9/9 0/0 3/4) 18r 1a 1s 2b 2to

Huge win over the ranked Cardinals who were missing their starting C and Cordero made them miss him indeed with his perfect shooting night. Just a sensational game from Hartford's starters: PF Pope (21p-12r), PG Hagan (27p-4r-8a) and SG Mosley (18p-8a) all had good nights.

OOC Round 4
  • Conference goes 10-4 OOC
  • PVAM dominate UPRM (110-63) in a conference preview game.
  • LCH keep rising, now up to #13
  • 6 undefeated teams left. Every team has at least one win.
  • SMC now averaging 100+ppg, but still less than the 103ppg EIU.

Win of the Round: NH 97-94 @Univ. of the Sciences (138.3 / 141.2)
SF Molina* _ 25p (9/15 3/4 4/4) 10r 1s 3to

Yes, this is a win over a D2 opponent, but UOFS has a good team this year. Molina and Gates (23p 6r) powered the win, but they Wildcats got some nice contributions up and down the roster, including a 10 (FG:4/5) point cameo off the bench from Mallory. New Hampshire forced 24 turnovers and were +7 from the stripe in the narrow win.

OOC Round 5
  • Conference goes 12-4
  • LCH up to #12
  • PVAM take their first loss
  • Every team has at least 2 wins
  • 5 teams currently with .600+ RPI

Win of the Round: SMC 90-75 @Portland(149.9 / 150.3)
SG Hardin* _ 21p (6/11 4/8 5/5) 2r 5a 0to

The Gaels get it done without Carrera (injured) and largely without Aldrich (19mins - fouls). Hardin in just his 2nd career start comes up with the POG award for his efficient 21 points, 4 threes and 5 assists, all career highs. Gavin(23p-5a), Gamboa(18p FG:7/9) and Aldrich(14p-7r FG:6/7) when he was in all contributed. Portland have a pair of studs in Stamper(190 SI) and Richard Love(175 SI 6'8" SO!) so the Gaels faithful will be very happy with this one.

Honorable Mentions:
HART 108-96 vs University of the Pacific (148.3 / 150.6)
USF 93-77 vs Crown (143.0 / 143.9)

OOC Round 6
  • Conference goes 9-5 OOC
  • NH dominates USF 96-67 in a conference preview game
  • 4 teams remain undefeated, SMC falls to North Dakota (despite having a 36-22 lead at one point)
  • SUNYG reel in Doug Gates (5* 6'2" SF pg sg pf 109/14) a super quick guard/wing with sky high potential.
  • CSF get Odell Haynes (4* 6'1" PG sg 108/13) who should become a heck of a guard.
  • LCH sign Mickey Gunderson (3* 5'10" SG pf 106/11) an undersized, 2-way SG prospect
  • UPRM ink Nicholas Nieves (3* 6'11" C 96/11) A smart, scorer/rebounder.

Win of the Round: HART 92-66 @UC San Diego(140.8 / 141.3)
PG Hagan* _ 20p (7/13 4/7 2/2) 4r 7a 1s 5to

Another good road win for Hartford who are putting together a very impressive OOC record. All 5 starters in double-digits. Cordero and Pope both with double-doubles. The Hawks simply dominated possession with +15 rebounds and -5 turnovers. Arguably should have won by more as they shot just .613 from the stripe on 30 attempts.

OOC Round 7
  • Conference goes 12-4
  • LCH push their average winning margin over 40, they have played an incredibly soft schedule however (SOS .389). That won't change as they have 2 Div 3 and a Div 2 team left on their slate.
  • HART have the #2 RPI, PVAM have the #7 RPI, SLU #10, SMC #26
  • Another big opportunity for HART next round against #18 Louisville
  • 3 games against top 20 opponents next round

Win of the Round: EIU 92-70 vs (#8)Ursinus(149.9 / 151.4)
C Copeland* _ 17p (7/14 0/0 3/6) 14r 3s 1b 1to

The Panthers held the Bears to just .388 shooting from the field including 5 of 20 from deep. Ursinus' PG had a horror night with 10 turnovers. EIU had 5 players in double digits including bSF Connelly off the bench. Big time win over a top 10 team.

Oops, missed round 8. Not that easy to look back through all the past games, so I'll let it slide.
For the Gaels, we had a conference preview game against North Carolina, and Gavin ripped them apart with 30p-5r-12a-4s including 5 of 10 from deep.

Out of Conference Round 9
  • Conference goes 11-5
  • No recruit signings for 3 sims
  • 6 teams over .600 RPI, 7 more teams over .550, only 1 team below .500

Win of the Round: USF 89-81 vs Franklin & Marshall (147.5 / 143.0)
* SG Coles* _ 21p (8/12 5/8 0/0) 2r 4a 1s 1to

PG Fitch(20p 6a) fought his direct opponent to a draw, Hamm(10p-17r) and Arcia(13p-10r) both posted double-doubles, but the win was fueld by Coles who was +20, to his opponents' -6 that dominated this game with his precision shooting night.

  • Conference goes 8-6 OOC
  • CSF 80-75 CSDH in a conference preview game
  • LCH finish the OOC ranked #8 in the top 25 poll.

End of OOC Rankings (by RPI)
#12 HART (.645)

Win of the Round: EIU 105-90 vs UC San Diego(142.0 / 142.1)
C Copeland* _ 20p (7/11 0/0 6/8) 13r 3b

Six players in double digits for the Panthers including a 21-5-5 game from Fuller off the bench. Eastern Illinois shoot .594 from the field and 23 of 25 from the free throw line to fuel the big home win.

Conference Opener
  • UPRM land Anfernee McDaniels (3* 6'6" PF C 97/12) a quick, shooter/defender/handler who should be able to play either forward position, maybe even some SG.
  • CSDH 88-73 vs LCH - The Toros dominate the boards 37-21 and the Ramblers have no answer for Ryan Hill (26p FG:11/14 9r).
  • PVAM 86-85 vs FAM is something of an upset in terms of TPI, though PVAM have been playing well so far this season. Mickey Greene (31p FG:12/19 FT:7/8). Gardner put FAM ahead in the final minute. Deng put PVAM ahead again on the next trip up the floor after the clutch O-board from Jung and Gardner's three in the dying seconds rimmed out.
  • LCH plummet out of the top 25 from #8. Not even receiving votes this week.

Conference Round 2

SMC 99-81 vs FAMU
SMC - Aldrich*(29p-12r-4s), Gavin(27p-5a), Gamboa(22p-8r)
FAMU - Gardner(21p-7a-4s)
The Rattlers were up 47-29, but the Gaels finish the first half on an 18-2 run and then go 52-32 in the second half to get the W.

LCH 75-66 @CSLA
LCH - Sutton*(18p-17r), Glenn(21p-12r)
CSLA - McIntyre(10p-12r)
The Ramblers took a little while to warm up, but their relentless march to the line (FT:25/37) carried the day in an ugly shooting game (.375 for both teams)

CSF 82-52 vs NH
CSF - Jonsson*(10p-18r-2s-4b), Jordan(23p-9a), Wise(23p-9r)
NH - Huntley(12p-11r)
Jonsson just a beast in the paint with 4 blocks and 16 defensive rebounds. Jordan and Wise do their thing and other than Huntley, nobody really got going for the Wildcats.

HART 115-76 vs CSDH
HART - Hagan*(30p-5r-10a), Pope(15p-15r), Mims(19p-4r-5a-3s)
CSDH - Ahlgren(18p-6r)
I thought the Hawks would win, but not like this. .586 from the floor, including 12 of 25 threes. +11 on the boards. Hartford up 18 at the break, and the Toros just folded in the second half.

SUNYG 105-87 @NC
SUNYG - Carter*(42p-3r-4a-3s)
NC - Burke(26p)
Glen Carter ladies and gentlemen! 42p (15/21, 9/13, 3/3) 3r 4a 3s. What a game.

EIU 84-80 @PVAM
EIU - McAlister(20p-3a-4s)
PVAM - Trent*(17p-14r-5a-2s), Deng(21p-9r)
The first Panther Pandemonium game was pretty wild. It was a back and forth affair. PVAM pulled ahead on a Trent 3, 80-78 with 3 to go. Mcalister knotted it on the next play on a McAlister jumper. Then it was all defense until McAlister made a pair from the line. 3 steals until McAlister went coast-to-coast to effectively ice the game.

SLU 122-63 vs UPRM
SLU - Newton*(23p-3s), Jimenez(22p-3a), Lane(15p-6r-4a)
UPRM - Meza(16p)
Excuse me!?! .671 from the field for the Lions who just monstered the Bulldogs.

USF 80-50 vs MARQ
USF - Hamm*(14p-13r-3s), Rogers(16p-3s)
MARQ - Silver(14p-4r-2a)
The Bulls force 24 turnovers and make 11 of 26 from deep to get up big early, and then win going away.

III.2 Conference - Early Conference Team View

Teams listed in TPI order (RS players not factored out).

Each team gets their starting 5 (in position order based on who plays the most minutes at each position). Then a gap, then their major bench contributors, then their minor bench contributors or deep bench options.

Each player is listed as follows:
Height Adjusted SI _ SI/Potential (Year Ht Positions) Name - Best Attributes

Height Adjusted SI - basically I give a player +/- 1 point of SI for every half an inch above or below 6'2" (a fairly arbitrary number that would give 7' players 20 in the "height" attribute)

Possible/Suspected redshirts indicated with an asterisk before their SI.

Some impressive classes building around the conference. (Not for SMC though!)

25/11/2017 HART: - Sterling Harvey (3* 6' 6" PF SF c 109/12) - 15 IQ, 11 Spd
Recruiting Evaluation: Can be a smart player. Can be a good all-around defensive player. Can be a decent ball handler. Projected Height: 6' 7".
Glue-guy combo-forward who does a bit of everything, and should excel defensively in time.

30/11/2017 FAMU - Quentin Gaskins (4* 5' 10½" SF sg pf 99/13) - 14 Spd, 10 OS
Recruiting Evaluation: Could be a good post player. Could be an excellent shooter. Could really be a long-range shooter. Will never be a good perimeter defender. Can be a skilled passer with exceptional court vision. Will be a below average ball handler. Can be a speedy player. Excellent all-around player. Projected Height: 6' 3".
Will be a scoeer. Probably ends up a slightly undersized SF. Laterall quickness limits his defensive possibilities.

30/11/2017 USF - Raymond Lantz (3* 6' 2½" SF pf c 102/11) - 12 Spd, 11 IQ
Recruiting Evaluation: Above average post moves. Can be a smart player. Can be a good all-around defensive player. Can be a skilled passer with exceptional court vision. Will be a below average ball handler. Has no preference to play close to home. Projected Height: 6' 6".
Defensive, glue-guy SF they probably hope grows enough to be a combo-forward and better utilise a developing post game.

02/12/2017 HART - Darryl Franklin (4* 6' 1½" SF sg pf 106/13) - 15 IQ, 11 OS, 10 Rng
Recruiting Evaluation: Could be an above average shooter. Could really be a long-range shooter. Can never be a good rebounder. Can be a really smart player. Will never be a good perimeter defender. Can be a skilled passer. Can be a decent ball handler. Projected Height: 6' 5".
Should be able to play either guard position, maybe some SF. Likely to become a very good, large PG.

02/12/2017 USF - Donnie Pearson (3* 6' 2½" SF PG sg 102/12) - 17 Spd, 11 OS, 10 Rng
Recruiting Evaluation: Above average post moves. Could be a good shooter. Could really be a long-range shooter. Can never be a good rebounder. Can be a skilled passer with exceptional court vision. Can be a decent ball handler. Will be quick as lightning. Excellent all-around player. Projected Height: 6' 5".
Combo guard that should be a good scorer that gradually takes on more playmaking duties.

As we pass the quarter-way mark of the conference season its time for an update.
  • SMC (8-0 +145) sit on top but they still have yet to play 3 of the top 5. #3 in the nation in RPI.
  • SLU (7-1 +211) have just been beating up on teams, but they have a weird schedule as they play their first eleven (!!) conference games at home. EIU also got them by 8 on their home floor to show that they are mortal at home.
  • USF (7-1 +99) currently sit in the final promotion spot. They also have yet to play 3 of the top 5 and they lost by 18 to 6th placed HART.
  • FAMU (6-2 +69) lost their first 2 (@PVAM, @SMC) but have reeled off six straight.
  • EIU (5-3 +89) have played one of the tougher schedules, and have lost a conference high 7 games to injuries so far.
  • HART (5-3 +77) have the #6 RPI in the nation, even after their most recent loss to SMC.
  • LCH (4-4 +88) lost to CSDH in the opener, their other 3 losses were against the top 3. EIU and HART left on the first half schedule.
  • CSF (3-5 -22) have lost 5 of their last 6, injuries starting to bite them too.
  • PVAM (3-5 -42) have lost 4 of their last 5 after an encouraging start including the 1 point win over FAMU in the opener.
  • CSLA (3-5 -43) have lost 3 in a row on the road and that road trip continues as they visit SLU next.
  • MARQ (3-5 -70) lost their first 4 by double digits, but have won 3 of their last 4
  • SUNYG (3-5 -79) dropped the opener, won 3 then have lost 4. Yet to play the top 4, and just lost to #5 by 60.
  • NH (3-5 -120) have an OT win over UPRM and edged PVAM by a point last game. Still yet to play 4 of the top 5.
  • CSDH (2-6 -110) were 15 point winner over LCH and got CSLA by 13. Have already played 5 of the top 6, but also home 6 games already.
  • UPRM (1-7 -140) had their win over CSF. Have played the top 4.
  • NC (1-7 -152) had their win over UPRM. 9 point loss to MARQ their only single-digit loss.

Recruiting News

Dec 7 2017 - CSDH -> Grady Monk (3* 6' 9" C pf 91/12)
Recruiting Evaluation: Could be a dominating post player. Could be an excellent shooter. Can be a decent rebounder. Can be a smart player. Will never be a good perimeter defender. Can be a skilled passer with exceptional court vision. Will be a below average ball handler. Excellent all-around player. Projected Height: 6' 9".
Could be an incredible scorer, pass at a high level and rebound. Lots to like, even if he's a bit raw at this stage.

Dec 14 2017 - SLU -> Larry Griffith (3* JUCO 6' 4½" SF pg sg 128/12)
Recruiting Evaluation: Could be an above average shooter. Could really be a long-range shooter. Can be a good all-around defensive player. Will never be a good interior defender. Can be a skilled passer. Can be a really good ball handler. Projected Height: 6' 4".
Combo-guard prospect that made a pretty big leap his JUCO FR season and looks to progressing well this season too.

Dec 16 2017 - MARQ -> Thurman Cook (5* 6'6" PG c 133/15) (!!)
Recruiting Evaluation: Could be a dominating post player. Could be an excellent shooter. Could really be a long-range shooter. Can be a monster on the boards. Can be a really smart player. Can be a great all-around defensive player. Can be a skilled passer with exceptional court vision. Can be a really good ball handler. Excellent all-around player. Projected Height: 6' 7".
An absolute stud that could probably play anywhere. Probably best as a do it all SF, maybe PF.

Some good games coming up in this conference. Yes, we do have a weird schedule. We will see if we survive that long stretch on the road.

GG RickyRide. We fell in love in love with the 3 ball, our bigs were limited with fouls and the FT-disparity (37-6) proved too much to overcome.

Good game Naph. I think your players were trying to be like Steph Curry and shooting from just over half court. Second game is on your home
Court. I’m sure it will be a big difference

Back to basics time for the Gaels. This is what the paint looks like. Our best guys live there. You should keep throwing them the ball until they put it in the hoop. Also we don’t like it when the other team puts the ball in their hoop. Stop letting them do that so often.

GG Holocron. Reid killed Gavin at PG and it seems to have destroyed our whole game plan.

To be honest, I actually game planned for this game and the sole reason why was because I wanted to stay undefeated against you since we started playing each other in Non-Con and Conference play. Also I knew I needed to match size with size hence why Jenkins became the SF starter.

Great game shikago. Was a tight affair from wire to wire but you just couldn't quite get over the hump to take a lead and we closed it out late.

I think LCH has the easiest run home, so you're certainly not out of the race yet. FAMU and EIU aren't out of contention yet either so I can't imagine anyone is feeling particularly comfortable for promotion just yet, though SLU's current position and GD certainly help their cause.

Nice to get my 2nd commitment of the season. Recruiting has most definitely not gone to plan this year, but I'm salvaging something that might at least let me tread water in the future rather than being a complete disaster.

Yes, LCH looks to be in the catbird seat.

We have a tough road schedule remaining and haven't been faring nearing as well as we did on our long home game stretch in the first half of the season. But hopefully we can fight through and keep it interesting.

Nice writeups all season, naph. Happy to even be in the race still. Thought my team was buried for good after a brutal in-conference start. Our remaining schedule may look favorable, but my next game could be a really rough one. Both my starting PG & 6th man are injured, while the rest of the top teams seem 100% healthy at the moment.

The results of any individual game seem so arbitrary to me sometimes though. So I have no confidence in anything. For example, go back to my conference opener where I lost by 15 to Cal State Dominguez Hills. Which is fine. But then they went on to lose their very next game by 39 points! That's a 54 point swing!! That's crazy.

What really drove me mad about that opener wasn't losing, but that my PF (17 reb skill) & C (16 reb skill) were both held to 7 boards while a guy on the other team with a *6* in reb skill had double digit boards... ugh. How is that even possible?

O.O

Well that's not how I saw the 2nd to last round panning out.

Good news for Gaels fans though!

Congratulations to Shikago/Loyola-Chicago who actually clinched the conference title last round (I think).

Holocron/CSDH are also now safe from demotion.

2 of SMC/EIU/FAMU will promote.
1 of MARQ/CSLA will demote.

Loyola-Chicago Ramblers (23-7 +510) - shikago
Started 1-3 in conference play, but looked better and better as the season went along. 13-2 in the second half. Has been ranked in the top 10, and enters the conference tournament ranked #11 in the nation. +510 Goal Difference when the next highest in the conference was +266 really speaks to their ability to absolutely dominate a game. Led the conference in numerous categories. Great season.
Key Player: 6' 9½" Sr PF Trevor Glenn - 19.6p (eFG%:.632) 11.2r 0.6a 1.7s 1.5b - 8 POTG

St. Mary's Gaels - (21-9 +263) (naph)
McKeon Pavilion was a fortress this year as the Gaels were 14-1 at home. The road was an adventure to say the least as they were 7-8. Had the most efficient offense this year (eFG%:.561). At just 4-4 in the last 8 games they appear to have peaked too early, but did enough early to get across the line for promotion.
Key Player: 6' 9½" Sr C Scott Aldrich - 18.3p (.616) 10.0r 0.4a 1.9s 1.2b OFG:.487 - 10 POTG

Eastern Illinois Panthers (21-9 +226) - RickyRide
Started the conference season 3-3, but turned things around. Beat every team this year, but that also means they lost games to almost half the conference. Led the league in fast break points and o3FG%. Nasty perimeter defense and their press certainly gave some teams problems.
Key Player: 7' 2" Sr C Monte Copeland - 14.2p (.570) 11.1r 0.3a 0.8s 2.1b OFG:.494 - 7 POTG

Florida A&M Rattlers (21-9 +225) - BlueDevil10123
Cruel to miss out on promotion by just 1 GD. Went 4-5 in games decided by 5 points or less. Shows you just how close things can be sometimes. Best 3 point shooting team in the conference in both makes and percentage as well as #2 in FTA is impressive.
Key Player: 6' 3½" Sr PG Phil Gardner - 19.7p (.542) 2.9r 7.6a 1.0s 0.1b OFG:.406 - 6 POTG

South Florida Bulls (19-11 +131) - mike12dog
Started the season 7-1, then went 1-6 across mid-December to mid-January. Led the conference in blocks and oFG% (and oEFG%). Enter the conference tourney on a 7 game winning streak.
Key Player: 6' 10½" Sr C Dajon Hamm - 12.9p (.552) 10.8r 0.9a 0.6s 2.0b OFG:.443 - 12 POTG

Saint Leo Lions (18-12 +266) - jdogg
Started the season 10-1 and were just blowing teams out. Were 1-7 over the last 8 games to drop out of promotion contention. Had the second best goal difference. Rough.
Key Player: 6' 10½" Jr PF Delon Cantu - 12.1p (.656) 6.6r 0.4a 0.9s 1.2b OFG:.453 - 2 POTG

Hartford Hawks (17-13 +190) - BlackBeard
Really pushed the tempo averaging 5.6 more FGA/game than anyone else, in no small part to their strength on the boards. Had wins over all 3 promoting teams, but struggled with consistency more than those above. 3-4 in their last 7 heading into the conference tourney.
Key Player: 6' 11" Sr C Ramon Cordero - 17.7p (.587) 13.2r 0.4a 0.4s 2.0b OFG:.482 - 7 POTG

CS Fullerton Titans (17-13 +57) - Loobins
Dropped from 2-0 to 3-5, were pretty good in the middle then dropped 3 of their last 4. Right near the middle in most statistical categories, which is pretty impressive given they were playing a 6' SF and a 6'3" PF.
Key Player: 6' 9½" Sr C Ron Jonsson - 15.7p (.576) 11.0r 0.5a 1.0s 2.0b OFG:.510 - 6 POTG

Cal State Dominguez Hills Torors (16-14 +32) - Holocron
Started the season 2-6 and battled their way back above the demotion line and clung to it by winning their last 4. Another mid-table team that didn't have a stand out strength statistically.
Key Player: 6'1" Sr PG Ed Reid - 19.4p (.532) 3.1r 4.8a 1.3s 0.2b OFG:.353 - 6 POTG

Cal State Los Angeles (14-16 -182) - Charles07
Started 4-8. Had a section mid season where they won 5 of 6, and won 3 of their last 4 to just finish above the demotion line. Struggled with turnovers all season long, and didn't defend the long ball well, but overall did a good job against the teams below them and surprised enough teams above them when they were on.
Key Player: 6' 11" Jr C Wyatt McIntyre - 17.7p (.626) 9.8r 0.5a 0.5s 1.9b OFG:.471 - 9 POTG

Marquette Golden Eagles (13-17 -30) - biggestmarquettefan
Had a couple of really rough stretches that hurt them. Opened the season 1-5, and had 1-4 and 1-6 sections as well. Those slumps proved just too much to overcome, even though they had a markedly better GD than CSLA. Handily the best assist numbers of any team in the bottom half.
Key Player: 6' 9½" So C Michael Powell - 16.1p (.527) 11.3r 0.4a 1.3s 1.4b OFG:.535 - 8 POTG

New Hampshire (12-18 -227) - Drew2328
Finished the season winning 4 of their last 6, but they were too far back by that stage. Did a good job of making teams shoot from distance with a conference leading oDIST of 10.1, and they did that despite giving up 10.3 FBP (tied for conference high).
Key Player: 6' 3" So SG Horace Gates - 19.6p (.596) 3.1r 2.3a 1.0s 0.1b OFG:.428 - 4 POTG

Prairie View A&M Panthers (8-22 -289) - O_Dogg_10
Opened the season with a 1 point win over FAMU and that proved to be the highlight of their season. They were better than the other demotees at protecting the rim, leading them in blocks and OFG.
Key Player: 6' 7½" Sr PF Bolin Deng - 18.8p (.547) 10.6r 0.8a 0.8s 1.9b OFG:.483 - 8 POTG

SUNY Geneseo Knights (8-22 -318) - scowley75
Started the season 3-1 if you can believe it. Separate 9, 5 and 5 game losing streaks derailed their season. Their best win came agains CSDH which they managed without their leading scorer Emoto (SG). Leading the conference in games lost to injuries certainly didn't help their cause.
Key Player: 6' 1½" So PG Glen Carter - 13.5p (.542) 2.4r 5.0a 1.8s 0.2b OFG:.453 - 2 POTG

North Carolina Tar Heels (7-23 -312) - mjreichard
1-13 out of the gate, so they did trend upwards, but thats an awfully low starting point. Stunning SMC 98-85 was their brightest point of a season where they couldn't find an effective defense.
Key Player: 6' 5" Jr SF Sean Burke - 19.4p (.576) 5.1r 0.9a 1.2s 0.0b OFG:.456 - 4 POTG

UPR Mayagüez Bulldogs (5-25 -542) - Jennifer_Lopez
Inexplicably beat EIU 89-77, in a season where every win was something of a surprise. They got killed on the glass, gave up the worst oeFG% by some margin and were the only team with a sub .500 eFG%. On the plus side, they shot the 3-ball reasonably efficiently, so if they can get anyone on the inside maybe they can turn that around.
Key Player: 5'10" Sr PG Óscar Tejada - 20.8p (.523) 2.1r 3.9a 0.8s 0.0b OFG:.434 - 4 POTG

III.2 send 6 to the national tourney. CSDH had the misfortune of being the team with the highest RPI left out.

LCH #3 in the South vs Bentley
SMC #5 in the West vs Gonzaga
FAMU #9 in the East vs Pace
EIU #11 in the East vs Oregon State
SFU #13 in the East vs Stony Brook
SLU #14 in the East vs Marist

So we've got a quarter of the teams in the East, which is certainly something.

Good luck Marquette. Hope I can put together something for our tournament game in the first round, but you have a really solid team and great game planning

Will dude try to promote both of his teams, or ensure one gets it?

Probably goes for promotion with both because that’s the goal for all teams and loobins is a good guy that runs his teams individually with each teams own interests in mind. And for the love of god please just make a post in suggestions if you care so much about multiple teams so people can have an actual discussion instead of passive aggressively whining on every thread

I mean running 2 teams in different conferences and different recruiting regions is certainly different than running 2 teams in the same conference and/or same recruiting region.

Yes I am aware you can choose your recruiting region but conferences can change every season.

Seems like this might be applicable.

Close to starting the second time through, and tough competition at the top. Lost to both Arizona and Utah State the first time, and not optimistic the second time around. Won against UNC, but it's a must-win the second time round; no guarantees it'll happen.

Good luck the rest of the way.
